MARIAGE FRÈRES BRUME DE VOLCAN- Green Tea|Natural

The island of Jeju is dominated by the majestic volcano Hallasan (1950 m in altitude). Along its slopes, the ash and lava-rich earth purify the water and aid in the cultivation of this green tea, testament to an ancient savoir-faire. The leaves are fine, twisted, and express inflections of sandalwood. The liqueur – brillant, sparkling, flowing – is rich with a syrupy quality and evolves towards fruity notes of green guava, eventually closing on a sweet hint of kumquat.
